What is a Spa, you will be asking yourself...
Everything started some decades ago in a small Belgian city in the frontier with France, called Spa Francorchamps, where a great group of hotel complexes work that exploit the excellent benefits and acknowledged healing powers, of the hot spring pools of the place. With the purpose of promoting and simplifying the communication of the place, the hotels and travel agents, decided to eliminate the second part of the name and all the hotel complexes located in this zone started to be called SPA. Today the hot spring pools are not indispensable for the place to be considered an SPA, basically it must be a place dedicated to offer therapeutic treatments, and nowadays all hotels that have this type of services, are known as SPA.
In general terms, all SPAs have basically two natural principles: the thermotherapy and the hydrotherapy in all their possibilities, and they do this by means of Saunas or Finn Baths, Steam baths or the commonly called Turkish Bath, Hydro massages, Special Showers, etc.

The water is constantly filtrated and heated, besides we have one meter depth Hydro massage, which enables you to submerge adequately, it provides an air mattress injected by means of mini nozzles, that provide a nice relaxing sensation.
Therapeutic benefits of the Hydrotherapy:

It is a decontracting solution to obtain the deepest relaxation, provoked by a group of tensions that are everyday accumulated, since it decreases the fatigue states, muscular contraction and stress; it improves the capillary and lymphatic circulation; stimulates the muscular tone, activating the blood circulation that also helps reduce cellulites.
The steam bath or also called Turkish Bath, belong to the old tradition of the "purifying bathes”; that come from the Urals, then the Greeks adopted it and finally the Roman Empire widely spread it, since, in each spa built dedicated to the culture of the baths, there was one with these characteristics.
Inside it, a climate similar to the one of the Sauna is generated, but not so hot (between 43°C and 48°C) and more much humid (100%) that is why, it is an ideal place to relax. When steam contacts our skin, a humidity layer is generated. This simultaneous action of the steam and of the controlled heat helps the lymphatic circulation of the blood, removing toxins through the transpiration. That is why it makes it one of the best therapies to attack the stress and tensions to which we are subject everyday, apart from improving our physical aspect. Also, another important characteristic is that the humid environment essences and fragrances can be added to obtain beneficial effects for the respiratory system.

But as we do not live in these ideal places, we offer you an alternative, taking care of the maximum details and similar conditions. The sauna bath provides to the body and to the spirit its natural equilibrium, it reinforces its immunological system, and it improves its blood circulation and cleans its skin. So as to render a quality service, we have built a sauna under strict healthiness rules and without toxic compounds. That is why, our Sauna has been built with woods naturally stored without the intervention of chemical compounds, that have a great humidity absorption capacity and support high temperatures, all their elements and accessories have been tested and demanded to give the maximum quality and safety.
